Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Support Representative to provide courteous, timely assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and accurately document interactions to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, empathy, and patience.
