Job Description
Viper Group seeks an IT Support Engineer to deliver on-site desktop, network, and office-equipment troubleshooting and maintenance at client sites and company offices. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues via phone, email, or chat; managing and updating tickets; escalating complex incidents; and contributing to the knowledge base. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills, plus solid knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and common software. The role may require travel between offices or residency at a single location. Preferred: one year of relevant experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday until 2:00 PM. Job types: Full-time or Internship; in-person work required.
