Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Operator to oversee daily production operations, lead a team of operators, and maintain product quality and safety. The role includes coordinating shift activities, troubleshooting equipment, implementing process improvements, training staff, maintaining accurate production records, and collaborating with maintenance and management to meet KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or operations
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills
- Technical and mechanical aptitude with problem-solving ability
- Available for rotating shifts; forklift or other equipment certification is a plus
