Job Description
Zerritta Flowers seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to join our Dolmen Mall Clifton boutique (full-time). The ideal candidate is customer-focused, creative with floral arrangements and gifting, and enjoys working in a refined retail environment.
- Greet and advise walk-in customers; upsell arrangements, gifts, and add-ons
- Maintain displays, manage orders, billing, and WhatsApp inquiries
- Coordinate with florists for timely order preparation; ensure sales floor organization
- Provide exceptional service to foster repeat business
Requirements: passion for flowers; retail/sales experience preferred; strong communication and customer service; presentable and confident; available for weekends; basic MS Office/WhatsApp skills a plus. Compensation: Rs40,00/month, staff discounts, and growth opportunities.
