Job Description
We seek a proactive Lead Development Representative to identify and qualify high-quality B2B opportunities, lead targeted outreach campaigns, and collaborate with sales to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Prospect and execute cold outreach across multiple channels.
- Maintain CRM data, track KPIs, and report performance (Salesforce preferred).
- Use data to refine strategies and mentor junior representatives.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years in sales development, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, a data-driven mindset, and proven leadership ability.
