Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Franchise Officer to oversee franchise relationships, support onboarding, ensure compliance, and drive operational and financial performance. Responsibilities include coordinating training, conducting site visits, analyzing sales and operational data, and implementing improvement plans to maintain brand standards and profitability.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in franchising or field operations, strong communication and analytical skills, willingness to travel, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.
