Job Description

Partners in Development (PID), a leading engineering consulting firm in infrastructure, transportation planning, road asset management, and construction management, is seeking a Business Development Assistant with proven experience preparing high-quality technical and financial proposals.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; 5–10 years’ experience in business development/proposal writing for engineering consultancy or donor-funded projects; familiarity with World Bank, ADB, UN, and government procurement preferred; strong technical writing, organizational, and MS Office/AI tool skills.
• Responsibilities: Review RFPs/EOIs and develop compliant proposal strategies; draft and finalize technical and financial proposals in coordination with technical teams; maintain proposal library and track opportunities and outcomes.
