Job Description
Provide academic leadership to assigned schools, ensuring high-quality education aligned with TCF policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage principals and area academic operations, including SSR improvement, fee collection, fleet oversight, and academic data management.
- Strengthen principal and teacher quality via recruitment, monitoring, appraisals, classroom observations, and professional development.
- Develop and implement area improvement plans, support struggling schools, and maintain community and donor relationships.
- Required: excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; strong English and Urdu; MS Office proficiency.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education. Experience: minimum 3 years as a principal. Job type: Full-time. Work location: In person.
