Job Description

Omni Academy & Consulting seeks a professional, courteous, and organized Reception Officer to manage the front desk at our Civic Center location. This role serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, phone inquiries, and emails.

  • Greet and assist visitors; maintain a welcoming reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls and email correspondence with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information about courses and procedures; maintain visitor logs.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate staff and support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years’ receptionist or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: PKR 40,00 per month | Work Location: In person
