Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Administrative Assistant based in Johar Town. Work hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on-site, with a monthly salary of Rs30,00–40,00.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support: manage sales records, correspondence, schedules, and sales materials.
- Handle customer communication: respond to inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process orders: verify accuracy, enter orders, and coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
- Maintain reports and CRM: compile sales data, prepare reports, and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with teams: liaise with marketing, logistics, and shipping to ensure smooth operations.
- Support sales strategy and train new staff as needed.
