Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations within our software house. You will implement HR strategies and policies; manage recruitment, performance, compensation, benefits, training, retention, and exit interviews; resolve employee relations issues; and ensure compliance with labor regulations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Required: 3+ years HR management in an IT firm, including at least 2 years in a software house
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures
- Strong employee relations, up-to-date HR best practices, and discretion
- Must reliably commute or relocate to Faisalabad; in-person role
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
