Job Description
Simcoe IT seeks a full-time, office-based Customer Service Representative for a US recruitment campaign in Faisalabad (near Misaqul Mall). Night shift, Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary PKR 30,00–50,00 plus $160 recurring commission per placement. In-person attendance required.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, 2+ years in international/US campaigns; recruitment/staffing experience preferred.
- Responsibilities: source, screen, and manage full-cycle recruitment; maintain ATS; schedule interviews; coordinate teams.
- Are you comfortable with nights and fluent in English? Open to all qualified candidates.
