Job Description
Mars BPO seeks Lead Closing Executives to independently engage leads, verify information, and close sales. Duties include making outbound calls, confirming customer details, presenting products, addressing objections, finalizing deals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confidence, self-driven, target-oriented; sales or call-center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Shift: Night 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi. WhatsApp: 0319-5002892.
- Compensation and benefits: Rs40,00–Rs65,00/month, performance incentives, growth opportunities. Job type: Full-time, Fresher; in-person.
