Job Description
ABS International (Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13‑C, Karachi) is seeking energetic Customer Support Executives for US international campaigns on the night shift (6:00 PM–2:00 AM). Compensation: base PKR 40,00–50,00 (based on experience/accent), incentives up to PKR 20,00, plus a PKR 3,00 attendance allowance; dependable performers typically earn PKR 65,00–75,00.
- Responsibilities: manage inbound/outbound calls, achieve First Contact Resolution, and use CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Requirements: fluent English with a neutral/American accent, CRM multitasking skills; 6+ months BPO experience preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional English are encouraged to apply.
