Job Description
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps Functional Consultant to design, configure, and optimize CRM and Power Platform solutions for business users. The role includes requirements gathering, process mapping, and building both model-driven and canvas apps.
- Configure entities, forms, business rules, and automated workflows
- Perform functional analysis, maintain stakeholder communication, and produce clear documentation
- Support implementations and deliver scalable solutions across industries
Qualifications: minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps, strong analytical abilities, and excellent client-facing communication skills.
