Job Description
Benchmark BPO is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to engage prospects, build lasting relationships, and meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound customer engagement, achieving weekly and monthly targets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Requirements: strong verbal and written English, prior customer-sales experience preferred, ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and willingness to work night shifts.
