Job Description
Job Title: Visa Processing Officer
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience Required: Up to 2 Years (Relevant experience only)
Job Summary
The Visa Processing Officer is responsible for guiding clients through the entire process of study abroad, skilled migration, and investment visas for major destinations including UK, Australia, USA, Ireland, Dominica, and France.
The role involves application handling, documentation, client counselling, case preparation, and coordination with international institutions or visa offices.
Key Responsibilities1. Student Counselling (Study Abroad)
- Guide students regarding admission requirements, course options, and universities in UK, Australia, USA, Ireland, and France.
- Assist students in selecting the right program based on academics, career goals, and financial capacity.
- Manage admission applications and track their progress.
- Prepare students for interviews, CAS, GTE, and other compliance requirements.
2. Visa Processing
- Prepare and submit visa applications for study visas, work visas, skilled migration visas, and investment visas.
- Check and verify all supporting documents (financials, academic records, experience letters, etc.).
- Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, timelines, and updates.
- Maintain strong knowledge of visa policies, immigration rules, and embassy requirements of each country.
3. Skilled Migration & Investment Visa Handling
- Support clients applying for skilled visas for Australia, UK, and USA.
- Assist in EOI submissions, skill assessments, and documentation preparation.
- Guide clients regarding investment-based residency or citizenship options for Dominica and other countries.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the case.
- Provide accurate updates regarding application status.
- Build strong trust and long-term relationships with clients.
5. Administrative & Office Tasks
- Maintain client records, files, and data in CRM or company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payments, document collection, and follow-up.
- Manage walk-in clients, appointments, and daily reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of study programs and visa processes for UK, Australia, USA, Ireland, Dominica, France.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Good documentation and file-handling skills.
- Ability to guide clients professionally and confidently.
- Basic understanding of immigration regulations and embassy requirements.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Relevant experience of up to 2 years in study visa, skilled migration, or investment visa processing.
