Job Description
The Production Manager will lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets. You will manage production planning, supervise teams, optimize processes, control budgets, and coordinate maintenance and inventory. Responsibilities include developing schedules, enforcing quality standards, implementing continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in production or manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in production planning tools.
