Job Description
DS Marketing Agency is seeking motivated Entry-Level Call Center Agents to join our team. This full-time, office-based role supports an international campaign on the night shift. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Make outbound calls and present company services
- Collect and accurately record customer information
- Follow call scripts and maintain quality standards
- Provide professional communication and customer support
- Meet daily and weekly call targets
