Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with proven experience in lathe and milling operations. The successful candidate will set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set and adjust machine parameters and tooling
- Perform in-process inspections and final quality checks
- Troubleshoot machine and part issues to maintain consistent output
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, CNC training and hands-on experience; familiarity with CNC programming is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
