Job Description
Dejure Technologies is seeking a client-focused Chat Support Representative to handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, guide users, and help ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This full-time, in-person position is located at PIA Road near Wapda Town, Lahore (11:00 AM–8:00 PM).
- Responsibilities: provide real-time chat support, respond professionally, resolve issues and complaints, document interactions, and escalate when necessary.
- Qualifications: minimum 1 year in chat/customer support, excellent written English, ability to multi-task across concurrent chats, patient problem-solver, and available for shift work if required.
- Required tools: familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Salary: PKR 50,00–60,00 per month.
