Job Description
Mindwhiz seeks a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our on-site team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The role involves assisting U.S.-based clients via inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer support or call center environments
- Skills: Strong spoken and written English; familiarity with CRM tools
- Workplace: On-site, regular shifts supporting U.S. clients
