Job Description
Touchstone Communications is actively seeking an IT Support Officer to provide outstanding customer service by quickly addressing IT support inquiries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing support tickets, diagnosing technical issues, and performing software installations and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT support tickets (including response and resolution times, and escalation of issues)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Troubleshoot both software and hardware problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
- Proficient in Windows installations and Microsoft Office applications
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs55,00.00 per month | Night shift availability is required.
