Key responsibilities include promptly addressing customer inquiries, effectively resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, prior experience in customer support is preferred, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to multitask efficiently. We strongly encourage female candidates to apply.
