Job Description
Job Purpose: Join Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited as an Area Sales Manager, where you will spearhead sales growth by effectively managing distributor networks and leading field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Identify and recruit new dealers to expand the network.
- Forge and nurture relationships with key industry influencers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce is required.
- Previous experience in the paint industry is essential.
- An MBA or PGDM in Marketing is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
