Job Description
Strive BPO Limited is recruiting motivated individuals to join our team as Medicare Customer Service Representatives. Located on the 3rd Floor above Bank Alfalah on Saidpur Road in Rawalpindi, this full-time position requires night shift availability from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with callers, verifying their information, and processing their requests efficiently.
Requirements for this role include at least one year of customer service experience, fluency in English, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month.
