Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is actively looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee our terminal operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards through effective team collaboration and ongoing risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Act as the on-site incident leader during emergency situations.
- Prepare and oversee operational budgets.
- Guide technical staff in recovery procedures.
- Supervise well workover and repair operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil terminal operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
