Job Description
Experts Communication is looking for a committed Contact Center Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, showcasing exceptional communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
Salary: 35,00 – 55,00 PKR (commensurate with skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Key responsibilities include managing both inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, and meeting monthly sales targets. We welcome freshers with strong English communication skills to apply.
