Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecom company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative (Premium) to join our expanding team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide online assistance related to telecom services.
- Coordinate with the operations team for fault resolution exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and resolve Network Trouble Tickets.
- Document faults relevant to specific regions.
- Perform additional tasks as needed during shifts.
Qualifications: A minimum of an Inter/Bachelor’s degree is required; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.
Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 37,00.00 to Rs. 45,00.00, commensurate with experience.
Shifts: Monthly rotating shifts (morning, evening, night for males; mornings only for females).
