Job Description
Cyber System Private Limited is actively searching for a enthusiastic Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Support Executive to enhance our customer service team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Spanish and English-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service and efficiently resolving issues to guarantee a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both Spanish and English.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and verbal communication in both languages.
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in customer service or technical support is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00 – Rs150,00 per month
