Job Description
Viper Group is searching for a dedicated IT Support and Customer Service Engineer to oversee daily responsibilities related to troubleshooting and maintaining desktop computers, network infrastructure, and office equipment. This role requires the engineer to represent Viper Group at various customer sites and offices.
Key Responsibilities: Effectively diagnose technical issues through phone, email, or chat; escalate intricate problems as needed; travel when necessary. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills in English.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday until 2:00 PM. Job Types: Full-time, Internship, and Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Work Location: On-site.
