Job Description
Binrafiq Textiles, an expanding textile manufacturing company, is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible HR & Admin Assistant. This role is integral to supporting our management and HR department in day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include scheduling calls with job candidates, conducting initial interviews, and organizing onsite interviews with department heads.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate degree or graduation, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Textile Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
