Job Description

Variant Architecture is looking for a meticulous Accounting Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Preparing and issuing monthly billing statements for maintenance, utilities, and other charges.
• Maintaining precise records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Monitoring outstanding dues and generating aging reports.
• Posting entries within the accounting system and performing reconciliations.
• Preparing monthly and annual financial summaries for management review.
• Managing petty cash and overseeing bank transactions.
• Assisting with internal and external audits.
• Ensuring compliance with financial protocols and legal regulations.

Salary: $70,00.00 – $80,00.00 per month
