Job Description
Three Percent Pakistan is seeking a committed HR Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to identify qualified talent. You will work closely with hiring managers, manage candidate databases, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout their journey.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends.
