Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist specializing in BPO recruitment to join our vibrant team in Islamabad. In this role, you will oversee the complete hiring process for call center and BPO positions while also providing critical support to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BPO/call center roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial HR interviews with prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience in BPO/call center settings.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
