Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email. Your role involves clearly conveying complex genetic information and efficiently resolving customer issues.
We’re Looking For:
- ✔ Intermediate proficiency in English (fluency is mandatory).
- ✔ Basic technical skills (familiarity with CRM and MS Office).
- ✔ Experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or the call center industry.
- ✔ Knowledge in Immune, Neuro, and CGX is preferred.
Salary: PKR 30,00 plus bonuses and commission.
