Job Description
Agahe Pakistan is actively seeking skilled candidates for the role of Area Manager to oversee Microfinance operations in the following districts: Okara, Pakpattan, Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Multan, Muzafargarh, Khanewal, Layyah, Rajanpur, Kasur, and Vehari.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify loan disbursements.
- Conduct recovery visits and hold meetings.
- Ensure adherence to business quality standards and compliance with policies.
- Monitor team performance and address conflicts.
- Perform periodic compliance checks related to AML/CFT.

Salary: Ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs150,00.00 per month, depending on experience.
