Job Description
Codup is seeking an experienced Team Lead for our Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will guide our accounting team to ensure that all financial operations are executed accurately, focusing on reporting, compliance, and payroll management. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, managing accounts payable and receivable, and upholding financial statements and internal controls.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, with a preference for additional professional certifications. A minimum of 4-5 years in accounting or finance is required, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership abilities, analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP systems are essential for success in this role.
