Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Academics Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing assembly, break, and home time duties while actively participating in school events. You will implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment for all students. Your role will include preparing and delivering lessons that align with the Cambridge curriculum, utilizing technology to enhance instructional delivery, and monitoring student progress to provide constructive feedback.
The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent organizational abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines. A proficiency in educational technology is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related role. Educational Qualification: Preferably M.Ed; at least a B.Ed or a Graduate degree.
