Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is on the lookout for an energetic Customer Relations Officer to become a part of our team in Islamabad. In this vital role, you will address customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
Working Hours: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month.
Location: In-person at our Islamabad office.
