We are seeking a meticulous People Operations Specialist to enhance our HR team. This position requires management of payroll, attendance tracking, grievance resolution, and performance assessments, all while upholding confidentiality and maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Monitor attendance and manage employee grievances effectively.
- Assist with the performance management system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient in HRMS/ERP systems.
