Job Description
Join Prima Systems as a Medical Record Specialist, where you will prepare detailed and precise medical reports for our clients in the United States. In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and maintains the highest level of confidentiality during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe physician notes into comprehensive reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in medical reporting.
