Job Description
Ace Links Communication is looking for skilled dispatchers for our transport operations across the USA and Canada. In the role of Taxi Dispatcher, you will handle customer inquiries, schedule rides, and allocate them to drivers. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 6 months of dispatching experience, preferably gained in an international call center environment.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls, schedule rides, manage pickups, coordinate with drivers, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months of dispatch experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in English are required.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from $40,00 to $70,00 per month, along with benefits.
