Job Description
Innovadel Technologies is on the lookout for an experienced HR & Culture Specialist to strengthen our organizational culture in the IT sector. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and enhance our employer branding, while ensuring a fair resolution of employee grievances.
Key Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 4-6 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of labor laws and exceptional communication skills are essential.
