Job Description
ASK Development is seeking a qualified professional engineer with a focus on mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering. The ideal candidate must be proficient in interpreting technical drawings and have substantial experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and SAP.
This position primarily involves maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as conducting inspections and coordinating with contractors. Experience in managing educational facilities is a vital requirement.

Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience: 10 years in Facilities Maintenance Engineering (mandatory)
