Job Description

Grand City seeks a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with department leaders to assess staffing requirements and oversee the entire recruitment process—from crafting job postings to making final hiring decisions. You will identify and attract candidates through a variety of channels and conduct interviews to facilitate an efficient and effective hiring strategy.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience within large organizations. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
