About the Role: In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related inquiries. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in helpdesk roles, demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting both Windows and Mac OS, exhibit excellent communication skills, and have familiarity with ticketing systems.
