Job Description
Fashion Flare, a rapidly expanding fashion retailer, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce Clothing store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
- Resolving issues related to customer orders.
- Filing complaints with courier services.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
