Job Description
Davis Pharmaceuticals Laboratories is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to oversee statutory deductions, including Employees Old-Age Benefits (EOBI) and Employees Social Security Institution (ESSI).
Location: Islamabad
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and facilitate timely payments for EOBI and ESSI.
- Maintain confidential records and manage industrial relations data.
- Negotiate with Labor Inspectors and represent the organization in legal matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
