Job Description
Tekboox, a prominent IT company based in the United States, is seeking a Senior System Engineer (HYBRID) to deliver advanced technical support. The ideal candidate will possess substantial expertise in IT systems encompassing networking, security, and backup infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain systems, including Windows Servers, Office 365, and Cisco Meraki.
- Provide high-level support for challenging IT issues.
- Document standards and collaborate on effective technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Applicable certifications (VMWare, Microsoft).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure with excellent English skills.
